Effective December 1, Ford PH will have its new managing director Lance Mosley.

Mosley, who spent more than 21-years of experience in marketing, sales and service, will be responsible for leading Ford’s successful business in the Philippines, which resulted in record sales in 2015. Currently, he heads the retail marketing of Ford in Asia Pacific, where he leads the design and implementation of marketing programs across the region.

In a press statement, Ford ASEAN President Mark Kaufman, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Lance to his new role. With his proven experience and leadership in marketing and sales, we are confident that he will continue to build the momentum of our success and growth in the Philippines.”

Mosley joined Ford in 1994 and began his marketing career with dealerships in the Northern California region before transitioning to more senior roles. He also served as Regional Profit Coordinator for Ford Motor Company, Global Facilities Manager at Mazda in Japan, and Retail Marketing Manager for Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan.

His predecessor Kay Hart has been appointed as the Director of Advanced Consumer Experience Marketing in Asia Pacific. Hart served as managing director of Ford Philippines since 2013, leading the company’s product-led transformation in the country that included the launch of several Ford nameplates: the all-new EcoSport, all-new Everest, new Ranger, new Focus, new Explorer, new Escape, new Mustang and the new Expedition Platinum.

Mosley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
