Currently, he heads the retail marketing of Ford in Asia Pacific, where he leads the design and implementation of marketing programs across the region.

In a press statement, Ford ASEAN President Mark Kaufman, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Lance to his new role. With his proven experience and leadership in marketing and sales, we are confident that he will continue to build the momentum of our success and growth in the Philippines.”

He also served as Regional Profit Coordinator for Ford Motor Company, Global Facilities Manager at Mazda in Japan, and Retail Marketing Manager for Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan.

His predecessor Kay Hart has been appointed as the Director of Advanced Consumer Experience Marketing in Asia Pacific.
