The newly formed Board of Shoppertainment Live Inc. is composed of visionary leaders from across a wide range of industries. Leading the company are Hiyasmin Neri-Soyao, CEO and Co-Founder, and Patricio Soyao, CSO and Co-Founder of Shoppertainment Live Inc., who also serves as President of Future First Talents Inc., a firm specializing in HR and executive search. Joining them is Lawrence Lee, Chief Broadcast Officer and Managing Director of the company.

Adding e-commerce expertise to the board is Steve Sy, President and CEO of Great Deals E-Commerce Corp., while Ace Gapuz, President and CEO of Blogapalooza Inc., brings deep experience in influencer marketing.
