Motorists traveling from Manila, Pasay, and Makati will soon enjoy easier access to high-quality fuels as Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI) begins construction of a new Caltex retail station along the southbound lane of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).
Strategically located, the new site is poised to serve millions of motorists heading south of Metro Manila. Its close proximity to SLEX also positions it as a key fueling stop for domestic and international travelers en route to nearby provinces such as Quezon, Laguna, and Batangas, as well as to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, situated between Pasay and Parañaque Cities.
The soon-to-open Magallanes station will feature Caltex’s premium fuels with Techron, scientifically engineered to clean engines, improve performance, and enhance fuel efficiency. In addition, the site will house a Caltex autoPro workshop, offering motorists a comprehensive 22-point vehicle maintenance check, oil change services using high-quality Caltex Havoline and Delo lubricants, and complete vehicle care in a modern, well-equipped facility.
Retail partner Nena Cruz expressed her optimism about the venture, stating, ““We are happy to join Caltex’s mission of powering up Filipino motorists’ vehicles with high-quality fuel products. Our newly minted partnership with Caltex also opens up more business opportunities within the site, so we encourage motorists to keep their eyes peeled for more developments.”
CPI Country Chairman and General Manager Billy Liu also shared his enthusiasm: “In Caltex, our mission to make quality fuels more accessible to every Filipino never stops. After all, we believe that all Filipinos deserve to drive further. That’s why we are excited to break ground in more key locations and open more retail sites nationwide.”
