How to Redeem Your Freebie
To claim their corresponding freebie, customers must register their purchase online at https://promotions.lenovo.com/ph/en. During registration, they are required to provide their full name as shown on a valid ID, complete address and contact details, a valid ID, proof of purchase such as an invoice, and the MTM and serial number of the purchased device. Once the submission is validated, customers can expect an update within 7 to 21 business days. Successful redemption will be followed by the shipment of the freebies within 15 to 30 business days. It is important to note that shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer.
An exception to this process is the Lenovo 120 Wired Mouse, which is available as an outright freebie redeemable immediately at the store upon purchase.
Terms and Conditions
The Back-to-School Promo is open exclusively to customers who purchase eligible Lenovo devices from authorized resellers nationwide between May 1 and June 30, 2025. Customers have up to 60 days after the promo period ends to redeem their freebies. Employees of Lenovo Philippines, its partners, and agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
