In case you’re still traveling after a long weekend break, we have a good news for you. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announces suspension of the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (or number-coding scheme) last Monday to avoid chaos of Carmageddon-traffic effect of the All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day break.

Hats off to MMDA General Manager Danilo Lim for having this kind of brilliant idea that would benefit the motoring public.

The number coding scheme, however, is not applicable to Makati and Las Piñas area. So we suggest you avoid those area to get not apprehended by any traffic enforcer.
