The rapid shift of digital age changes the way we live. From the function of the media to our society down to consumer preferences, it all boils down on how technology already reshaped and transform our lives.

Korean Car Maker Hyundai through its local distributor Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) and dealer Hyundai Cebu, Inc are bringing the future of automotive retail into digital transformation with the opening of their Hyundai City Store Cebu, the first Hyundai City Store in the Asia and Pacific region.

Launched in 2016, the new concept store has pioneer the initiative of Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) which is to widen the brand’s reach from traditional dealers to urban locations, providing customers with convenient, innovative, and personalized purchase experiences through digital retail stores.

The newly opened 80-square meter City Store, which is located at SM City Cebu, aims to transform the traditional customer journey through various digital attractions.

How the store differs from the rest? Well, once the customers enters the City Store, they will be presented with creative rendition of vehicle information and purchase benefits through the LED-powered Media Wall. There’s cool Customer Lounge and Consulting Zones room and Car Display Zone. At the core of these digital zones is the Car Configurator Zone. This easy-to-use dashboard allows customers to view 3D content and real-time information, such as features and functions, price comparison, stocks available, and specifications, of any Hyundai vehicle of their interest. It can also securely facilitate transactions, including checking of inventories, issuing quotations, and processing of payments.

The Hyundai City Store Cebu is owned and operated by Hyundai Cebu, Inc., one of the brand’s pioneer dealers in the Philippines with 6 Passenger Car (PC) dealerships in Visayas and Mindanao.

The store is open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM.
