Leading Car Brand Honda has been awarded as the No. 1 in the 2019 Sales Satisfaction Index Study by the global leader consumer insights J.D. Power.

The J.D. Power 2019 Philippines Sales Satisfaction Index is a comprehensive analysis of the new vehicle purchase and delivery experience. The study is based on responses from 1830 new vehicle owners who purchased their vehicle between July 2018 and April 2019 and was fielded between January and June 2019.

The study examines six factors that contribute to overall customer satisfaction with the new vehicle purchase experience. This includes sales consultant; dealer facility; delivery process; paperwork completion; working out the deal; and dealer website.

In a press statement, Atty. Louie Soriano, General Manager of Sales Division and Spokesperson of Honda Cars Philippines, Inc., said, “We are truly honored to receive this award as the No. 1 in Sales Satisfaction. The awarding ceremony took place at HCPI’s plant and head office in Santa Rosa City, Laguna with the presence of HCPI and J.D. Power’s executives. Present in the awarding ceremony were HCPI Assistant Vice President, Koki Hattori; General Manager of Sales Division and Spokesperson, Atty. Louie Soriano; General Manager of Dealer Business Division, Noel Barachina and from J.D. Power, Regional Director of Automotive Practice, Shantanu Nandi Majumdar and Country Manager for Philippines, Sigfred Doloroso.

To date, the Japanese car brand received total of 3 awards from 2012, 2017 and 2019.
