Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc., through its CSR arm H.A.R.I. Foundation, Inc. (HFI), recently rolls out its “Biyahe ng Bayani” program to extend up efforts to medical front liners in the country’s Summer Capital City.

The Baguio City local government foresees a gradual transition from an extended enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) to general community quarantine (GCQ) starting May 15.

Ma. Fe Perez-Agudo, President of HARI and HFI, said, “Our hearts go out to our heroic front liners. In this what I call “The Year of Resilience” and as a great part of our country remains under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), there is no better way to thank our health workers than to protect them and rally them onward in their noble mission of serving the Filipino.”

Meanwhile, Hyundai Baguio dealer principal Archimedes Go closely coordinated with HFI to drive up the expansive Hyundai H350 van to provide free transport to Department of Health (DOH) health workers.

Biyaheng Bayani has been providing staunch mobility support to medical front liners, ranging from free transport to the delivery of critical supplies, such as personal protective equipment (PPEs), to partner health institutions in Metro Manila and Southern Luzon.

The chief executive of Hyundai reiterates that HFI continues to closely monitor the country’s COVID situation and has identified more areas of engagement for Biyahe ng Bayani.
