Ride-hailing app Grab has announced today to the local press its latest initiative #BetterEveryday that allows customers to experience the best everyday experience with Grab.

This year, the company vows its position as the only everyday app in the country serving the daily essential needs of Filipinos. Over the years, Grab has launches more services beyond transport from GrabFood, GrabExpress, GrabRewards and GrabPay. To complete customer satisfaction, Grab also rolled out series of app enhancements that will make rides safer, more seamless and more rewarding.


Here are the new 8 app features of Grab:

  1. Cancel Anytime (Before allocation). This new features allows customers to cancel their booking attempt before a driver gets assigned.
  2. Saved Places. To make the booking experience easier and faster, customers can now save their preferred and most frequented places such as home, work, gym, etc.
  3. Rewards Points for Passengers who were canceled on. Grab has also taken into consideration the feedback of both passengers an drivers on cancellation of allocated bookings.
  4. Change Destination. In case of incorrect location setting, last minute change in plans or emergencies, consumers may now modify their drop-off points while in transit.
  5. Lost and Found. Grab has also integrated into the app a new lost and found feature, which helps passengers contact the driver directly after a completed booking.
  6. Passenger Time-out. Grab also introduced a passenger timeout feature, which temporarily bans passengers with excessive cancellations.
  7. Multi-Stop Delivery Feature (MSD). Essentially allows users to send deliveries in five different recipients and locations using one single rider.
  8. Multiple Concurrent Bookings (MCB). This is intended for social sellers and micro-entrepreneur that feature them to send a maximum of 10 parcels using different delivery parcels service and online payments.
